Discover HEVEA’s Balinese beds: outdoor daybeds designed for pool decks, gardens and shaded terraces, where comfort and visual impact go hand in hand. Also known as Bali beds or Balinese daybeds, they are generous outdoor beds for one or two people, many with a canopy or roof for shade. Each piece is built on a powder-coated aluminium frame that is rust-resistant, lightweight and made to last for years outdoors.
Choose a Balinese bed finished in rope weave, premium fabric or textilene, with deep cushions and a wide range of frame colours and fabrics configured to your requirements. Double configurations bring the feel of a luxury resort to your own garden or pool area.
Every HEVEA Balinese bed is made to order in Spain and delivered to the UK. Cushion covers are removable and treated for UV and weather resistance, so your bed looks as good in its fifth season as in its first.

HEVEA Balinese beds bring the feel of resort living to your own garden. Built on a robust powder-coated aluminium frame, each Bali bed is finished in your choice of rope weave, premium fabric or textilene, materials engineered to withstand UV, rain and salt air.
Their generous proportions make them equally at home beside a pool, on a shaded patio or as the centrepiece of a landscaped garden. Each piece is made to order at our factory in Spain, with a level of finish and durability that mass-produced alternatives cannot match.
Canopies, roofs and side tables are available on selected models, so you can create a complete outdoor relaxation space tailored to your requirements.
A Balinese bed, also called a Bali bed or Balinese daybed, is a large outdoor daybed, usually wide enough for two, with a thick mattress-style cushion and often a canopy or roof for shade. Inspired by the resort furniture of Bali and Southeast Asia, it is used beside pools, in gardens and at hotels and beach clubs.
At HEVEA, we have reinterpreted this classic design with aluminium frames and European outdoor fabrics, combining the look of a luxury resort with the demands of the UK climate. Because every piece is made to order, you choose the frame finish, the weave or fabric colour and the cushion specification, and our design team can advise on custom sizes for unusual patios or pool decks.

A Balinese bed (or Bali bed) is a large outdoor daybed, usually wide enough for two people to lie or sit together, with a mattress-style cushion and often a canopy for shade. A sun lounger is a single reclining chair for one person. HEVEA makes both in complementary designs, so they can be combined in the same outdoor space.
All HEVEA Balinese beds have a powder-coated aluminium frame combined with rope weave, premium fabric or textilene. Cushions are available in our Lux, Premium and Autoclean fabric ranges, all tested for outdoor performance, UV resistance and water repellency.
The aluminium frames and outdoor-grade fabrics used in HEVEA Balinese beds are fully weatherproof. For year-round use in the UK, we recommend our fitted Balinese daybed covers to protect the cushions during winter and extend the life of the fabrics.
