Select the ideal shape for your furniture: square, rectangular, round, L-shaped, or completely personalised. We adapt to any contour so that it fits perfectly in your space.
Enter the exact measurements for length, width, and thickness, or add an additional margin if you desire extra padding. Our form supports millimetres to reproduce the original piece with total precision.
We offer foams in densities of 20 kg/m³ (soft), 25 kg/m³ (medium), and 30 kg/m³ (firm). Choose the level of comfort that best suits you.
The materials of our bespoke mattresses are designed to offer resistance and durability outdoors. We use Dralón fabric, a standard upholstery suitable for exteriors that withstands up to 22,000 abrasion cycles and resists sunlight, seawater, stains, fungi, and washing. We also offer Dralón Lux fabric, a mass-dyed acrylic with greater resistance (up to 30,000 cycles), treated against microorganisms, mould, and fungi. Additionally, we have waterproof fabrics that withstand up to 25,000 washing cycles and offer high fastness against weathering and UV rays.

Identify if your cushion is square, rectangular, round, L-shaped, or another shape, and select the model that most closely resembles your furniture.
Use a tape measure to measure length, width, and thickness. If necessary, add a margin for greater comfort. Note the millimetres for greater precision.
Send the measurements together with the selected model to request your personalised quote. It is recommended to attach photos of the cushion or furniture to ensure even more precise manufacturing.
If you have a bar, restaurant, chill-out area, or tourist accommodation, we manufacture bespoke cushions in large volumes, advising you on fabrics, colours, durability, and delivery times. We also work with architects and interior designers.

After completing the form with your measurements, foam type, and fabric, our team will analyse your request in less than 48 hours to validate the data and resolve any queries.

In our workshop, we shape the foam and craft the bespoke cover. Each stage features quality control, reinforced stitching, and detailed finishes.

We protect your cushions with suitable materials and ship via express courier so that you receive them in perfect condition and without delay.
The measurements must be filled in specifying the Length x Width x Thickness of the bespoke mattress.
There is no minimum order. Although as manufacturers, we always offer the possibility of volume purchases for our clients.
The manufacturing process for our bespoke mattresses covers a period of approximately 15 days from the date the order is finalised.
Important: do not iron.
After cleaning or on rainy days, let the cushions dry outdoors in a shaded spot. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent colour loss and deterioration of the fibres.
Rotate the cushions periodically (front/back, top/bottom) every couple of weeks. If you are not using them for a while (winter or rains), store them in canvas bags or breathable covers in a dry and well-ventilated space.
