The Monterrey collection brings together the strength of aluminium and the handcrafted warmth of braided flat rope. On the Monterrey-2 sofa, a meticulous weave wraps the frame, creating a unique play of textures that is both modern and warm. Its balanced size (180 cm wide, 86 cm deep) is perfect for a conversation corner or a reading spot on a terrace, porch or in the garden.
Thick, high-density seat and back cushions give a deep, very comfortable seat, and all the covers are removable for easy cleaning. The synthetic flat rope is made for outdoor use: it resists UV fading, water and temperature changes, so the weave keeps its tension and appearance for years. Made in Spain and backed by a 3-year warranty.
Also in the Monterrey collection: the 4-Piece Monterrey-8 Rope Garden Set, Monterrey-28 Garden Corner Sofa Set and Monterrey-30 Garden Corner Set.
Clean the aluminium frame and the rope of the Monterrey-2 sofa with a soft cloth, water and mild soap, using a soft brush on the rope. The cushion covers are removable: wash them following the care label and let them dry completely before putting them back on.
Avoid bleach, solvents and abrasive products. During long periods without use or rain, store the cushions indoors in a dry place and cover the sofa with a breathable protective cover.
