2.- Purpose
The main purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting is to regulate the information provided in the MANUFACTURAS RUIZ S.A online store, the purchase of the products offered therein, and the commercial transactions that arise between MANUFACTURAS RUIZ S.A and the CLIENT.
Both browsing through the MANUFACTURAS RUIZ S.A online store and the acquisition of the products offered therein imply acceptance as a CLIENT of these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting.
3.- Purchasing process
To make a purchase in our online store, you must follow the process below:
Select the desired products and request a quote.
Confirm the order and provide the required billing and shipping information.
Complete the payment through the payment methods available on our website.
You will receive an email with the order details and its tracking number, if applicable.
4.- Method of payment
The available payment methods are:
Bank transfer
Credit or debit card
For payments by bank transfer, MANUFACTURAS RUIZ S.A will not process the order until the amount has been received in the indicated bank account. The CLIENT must send the proof of payment to the email gerencia@hevea.es indicating the order reference.
5.- Shipping
Shipping conditions
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the CLIENT during the purchasing process, within an estimated period of 10 to 15 calendar days, subject to stock availability and the destination location. For shipments outside the peninsular territory, this period may be extended.
In the case of large volume orders or special dimensions, we offer assistance for hiring a crane service if necessary for access to the delivery site. This service will be managed by the client and is not included in the product price.
Shipping costs
Shipments to the peninsula are free on orders over €900. For shipments outside the peninsular territory, the CLIENT will be informed of the additional cost before finalizing the purchase.
Delivery
MANUFACTURAS RUIZ S.A will deliver the order at street level. Home delivery or assembly will have an additional cost.
Cancellations
Order cancellation will only be possible in case of failure in delivery or payment. In cash-on-delivery orders, cancellation is not permitted and may lead to economic sanctions.
6.- Returns
The CLIENT may exercise their right of return within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was received.
Custom or made-to-measure products do not accept returns. MANUFACTURAS RUIZ S.A will assume the return costs if the product has manufacturing defects or has arrived in poor condition. If the order arrives damaged, the CLIENT must report it on the same day by sending an email to gerencia@hevea.es and noting it on the delivery note.
7.- Warranties
All products offered have a 3-year commercial manufacturer’s warranty. If the product does not conform to the contract, the CLIENT may choose between the repair or replacement of the product as established in current legislation.
8.- Claims
Claims must be sent to the email address gerencia@hevea.es. The response time will be between 48 and 72 working hours.
9.- Data protection
The personal data collected will be processed by MANUFACTURAS RUIZ S.A for order management and commercial communications, in accordance with our privacy policy. If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, or erasure of your data, you may do so by sending an email to gerencia@hevea.es.
